DELIVERY AREAS
Sterk & Stout currently delivers throughout South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.
DELIVERY FEES
- Flat Rate Nationwide Delivery — R99
- Free Delivery on Orders of R600 or More
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Major Centres — 2–4 business days
- Regional Areas — 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas — 5–8 business days
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched where available.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photographs
INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information during checkout. Sterk & Stout cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details.
