If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items or opened consumables (spices/refills).

If your item is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@sterkenstout.co.za with your order number and details.

 

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
